These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Planaone (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “client”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Design & Development

Our design approach focuses on clean, elegant, and modern layouts, inspired by Material Design principles and best UX practices.

You are required to provide all website content (text, images, branding assets, and other materials) before the project start, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The website will be delivered exactly according to the scope, features, and specifications stated in the approved quotation.

After final delivery, one round of content edits is included at no additional cost, provided the edits do not alter the original scope or design structure.

Any additional revisions, feature requests, or changes beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
2. Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have legal rights to all content, images, trademarks, and materials provided to us.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all submitted content.

Delays in providing required content, approvals, or feedback may affect delivery timelines.
3. Hosting & Acceptable Use Policy
Our hosting services are provided subject to the following conditions:

Websites containing or promoting any of the following are strictly prohibited:

Hacking, malware, or illegal software
-
Pornographic or sexually explicit content
-
Racism, hate speech, or discrimination
-
Insults or attacks against religions or beliefs
-

Uploading shells, backdoors, adware, malware, or any harmful software is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

Hosting accounts may not be used as file storage, download mirrors, or upload centers. For such use cases, a VPS or dedicated server is required.

While we take reasonable security measures to protect hosted files, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Our support team will not access your files unless:

A technical issue requires investigation, or
-
A legal, security, or abuse report has been filed.

We are not responsible for issues related to:
-
Internet service providers (ISP)
-
Client hardware or personal devices
-
Third-party software or services not provided by us

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of full website content to commence work.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon final delivery of the website.

All payments must be made in the currency stated in the quotation.

If delivery is delayed due to our fault beyond the agreed deadline, a 10% discount will be applied to the remaining balance.

If delays occur due to the client (missing content, late approvals, scope changes), full payment of the remaining balance is required before work resumes.

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the issue date.
5. Revisions & Scope Control

Any request outside the approved quotation scope (including new pages, features, integrations, or redesigns) will be treated as out-of-scope work and billed separately.

Scope changes may affect pricing, timelines, and delivery schedules.
6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client is granted full rights to the final website design and content developed specifically for the project.

We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party licenses (themes, plugins, fonts, images) remain subject to their respective license terms.
7. Support & Communication

All support requests and inquiries will be responded to within 12 business hours of receiving the email.

Ongoing maintenance unless covered under a separate agreement

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing.

If the client terminates the project after work has commenced:

All completed work up to the termination date remains payable.

Deposits are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of policy violations or non-payment.
9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of business, revenue, or data
-
Indirect or consequential damages
-
Third-party service failures
-

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential and proprietary information private unless disclosure is required by law.
11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of EGYPT.
12. Amendments
-
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
